Teaching Personnel's PWR Team is seeking a dynamic Head of Science to lead the Science department at an outstanding SEMH specialist school in Northampton.
The successful candidate will be responsible for inspiring and motivating students, driving excellence in teaching and learning, and leading a team of dedicated Science teachers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a high-quality Science curriculum tailored to the needs of SEMH students.
Deliver engaging lessons and create a positive learning environment.
Mentor and support staff to enhance their teaching skills.
Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to improve outcomes.
Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Science teacher with experience working with SEMH students.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Passionate about Science and committed to student success.
