Job Description
As an integral member of the Programme Management team, this role supports the compliance activities that ensure products and sites are certified within the INFORMED Programmes. You’ll play a key role in the post-certification process and help manage the day-to-day operations of our programmes. This includes working closely with manufacturing sites, liaising with global teams, and ensuring that all activities are in line with our mission to promote clean sport and safer dietary supplements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Verify that all programme documentation and sample testing are completed successfully to allow certification.
* Collaborate with manufacturing sites and LGC teams to drive compliance activities for certification.
* Manage blind sampling and ensure samples are submitted per programme requirements.
* Assist in post-certification surveillance and manufacturer reviews to ensure continued compliance.
* Support the management of non-compliance cases and work toward their resolution.
* Review Manufacturing Assessment Questionnaires (MAQs) and raw material lists with Programme Management colleagues.
* Contribute to report preparation and support site audits, including on-site inspections as needed.
* Generate and share reports to keep internal teams updated on programme activities.
* Maintain traceability of all records in the CRM system (Salesforce) and shared drives.
* Respond to basic technical and compliance queries from internal teams and Members.
* Support invoicing activities as required.
Qualifications

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to make informed administrative decisions
* Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Desirable:
* Degree in a technical or business-related field
* Experience in a regulated, scientific, business administration, or quality control/assurance role
