An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Instrument Technician to join a progressive and commercially driven scientific instrument manufacturing company. Working within a skilled and motivated team, this role focuses on high-quality assembly and testing of vacuum-based instruments, with a strong emphasis on precision, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assemble high-quality vacuum instruments from kits of parts, working at a bench as part of a small team.
2. Oversee all aspects of instrument builds, including final inspection and testing.
3. Repair and service products, occasionally installing customer-owned instruments in-house or on-site.
