The Role The Sales Manager will engage with both existing clients and new prospects, focusing on selling digital signage solutions. This position requires working independently and collaboratively to meet sales targets and build long-term relationships with clients. The successful candidate will proactively seek new business opportunities and work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement sales strategies. Responsibilities Engage with existing accounts to upsell digital signage products, concentrating on client growth and retention. Identify and target new business prospects to expand the company's digital signage client base. Achieve and exceed personal revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Conduct market research to uncover sales opportunities. Organize and execute customer outreach, including face-to-face meetings, sales trips, and participation in industry events. Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, offering consultative solutions aligned with their business goals. Design and present creative digital signage solutions to clients and agencies. Manage the sales pipeline to maximize revenue and operational efficiency. Ensure a smooth handover of new accounts to the customer success team for ongoing support. Collaborate with the Sales Director to craft and personalize sales strategies. Provide weekly performance reports outlining achievements, challenges, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. Maintain exemplary sales practices and high standards in customer service. Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in digital media or digital signage solutions. In-depth knowledge of digital signage, lead generation, and sales campaigns. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior executives. Strategic mindset with the ability to navigate complex decision-making processes within target organizations. Self-motivated, capable of working independently and within a team. Commitment to excellence in sales practices and customer service. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A Master's degree or additional certifications in digital marketing or sales is preferred. Certifications in digital marketing, sales management, or sales technologies are an advantage but not mandatory.
