This role suits a wide range of candidates. You will play a crucial part in driving both sales and profitability within the department. The role is key to ensuring the smooth operation, from in-season reporting and stock management analysis to resolving invoice queries and managing product information. Additionally, there will be significant interaction with a variety of stakeholders, including our stores, suppliers, and Head Office teams. About You So that you're set for success, we're looking for a self-starter with natural curiosity, and trust in your own ability to remain calm within this fast-paced and diverse role during exceptionally busy periods. If you’re someone who prefers the consistency and precision of a truly administrative function, without the need for commercial decision making, and negotiation skills in a very target led environment, this is a really fulfilling opportunity for someone with great organisational and analytical expertise. Key skills: Data management – Collate all information relevant to critical path management, and proficient working with Microsoft Excel to create reports and use pivot tables to manage large sets of data Analytical – Excellent attention to detail with a passion for numbers Communication – Enjoy building relationships both externally and internally, ensuring effective collaboration with your team Accountability – Own your priorities with a proactive and flexible approach whilst managing time effectively Career Progression: For those who are eager to advance, there is a clear path to a Trainee Buyer role over time, through to Product Manager where you’ll be responsible for your own category and team.
