Senior Business Development Executive – FMCG London, Hybrid working £35-45k + Performance Bonus Our client, an FMCG brand rapidly expanding across Europe, is looking for an experienced Sales Development Executive to join their growing team.Working within a highly talented Sales team, you will be responsible for working with distributors to drive sales and distribution growth. Responsibilities :
1. Manage and work with distributors to deliver annual sales target
2. Identify and manage potential business opportunities to drive development and sales growth of retail
3. Establish and maintain good relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and other partners, for effective support and motivated partnerships
4. Effectively monitor market situations and competitor’s activities & pricing
5. Ensure continuous stocks supply in all trade channels and healthy inventory level at distributor’s warehouse to prevent supply interruption
6. Plan and monitor trade activities implementations through distributors, and properly evaluate results
7. Tracking of country regulation changes via working closely with importers
8. Key account development
9. Represent the brand in key trade customer meetings and events
10. Effectively communicate with other functions to execute and implement strategies and plans
11. Keep track and analyse sales and A&P performance
12. Safeguard the brand to ensure brand is not misrepresented in local market
Requirements :
13. 2-3 years’ of sales experience in the FMCG industry, preferably with distributor management, supply chain and trade marketing
14. University degree level or equivalent, Business or Marketing related degree is an advantage.
15. Valid Driving license to be able to drive in both UK and Europe.
16. Good Microsoft Office skills for reports and analysis.
17. Must be prepared to work flexible hours, even at weekends, with frequent travel
