Your Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support teachers and pupils in the classroom.
Assist in planning and preparing lessons.
Deliver tailored interventions to help pupils achieve their potential.
Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Help create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Lead or assist in after-school clubs, contributing to extracurricular activities that engage and inspire pupils.
Champion the school’s ethos and contribute to its community spirit.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of safeguarding principles.
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant or in an educational setting is desirable.
Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate, are beneficial but not essential.
A passion for education and a commitment to supporting children’s development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
