Housing Administrator

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Administrator to join the Business Support Team in supporting the work of our Homes and Wellbeing department. Working as part of a small team delivering comprehensive administrative support to a large department, you will have significant proven admin experience and possess strong IT skills. You will be committed to providing a high-quality service, maintaining a positive approach to your work and enjoy a challenge.
The Role
This role involves working closely with internal and external colleagues to achieve and maintain high standards. We want someone who can hit the ground running, this could be the perfect role for you if you’re someone who:

Requirements
In addition to your enthusiasm and great attention to detail, you will have strong organisational skills, a good level of numeracy and literacy, and experience working in an administrative role.
The ability to prioritise tasks, work effectively as part of a team, and manage a varied workload is essential. Proficiency in IT systems, including word processing and data management, is required, along with experience handling invoices, procurement, and financial administration.
As confident communicator, you will be comfortable liaising with internal teams, external suppliers, and contractors to resolve queries and support service delivery. An understanding of diverse communities and a commitment to equality and inclusion is important, as is a willingness to uphold and promote NCHA’s CLEAR values.
All successful candidates will be required to take a work related test on the day of the interview.
