The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious leader to shape and enhance key areas of our school’s operations. Reporting directly to the headteacher, the successful candidate will take responsibility for:
1. Timetable and Curriculum Modelling: Designing and managing a cohesive timetable and curriculum that meet the needs of all learners, ensuring efficiency and value for money.
2. Data, Assessment, Recording, and Reporting: Maintaining the effectiveness of our established systems to support pupil progress and achievement.
3. Learning Pathways: Leading the delivery of our key stage 4 options process to support and maximise pupil potential and outcomes.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the school’s curriculum and assessment frameworks are robust, forward-looking, and align with our vision and values.

5. Proven middle or senior leadership experience within an educational setting.
6. Expertise or an interest in curriculum design, timetable construction, and assessment frameworks.

8. Strategic thinking skills with the ability to manage budgets effectively.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider community.
