Job summary An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to support the eRostering team at Frimley Health. This role is offered as a hybrid contract working from home and at Heatherwood Hospital, providing business as usual first-line support to all our staff. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate updates are made to the eRostering system, maintaining consistency with information held in the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system and following eRostering agreed processes. You will provide a first-line helpdesk function, dealing with routine queries from HealthRoster, Loop, eExpenses and payroll from the users across the Trust. Excellent communication skills are a must, and you will need the confidence to provide advice, training and support to system users on a daily basis. You will have an excellent telephone manner and good interpersonal skills, as well as an organised and methodical approach, with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Ideally, you will have previous experience of working with the RLDatix HealthRoster system (or similar) and Microsoft office. Experience of working within a helpdesk, data entry or clinical environment would also be advantageous. Any necessary training in the HealthRoster suite will be provided. Main duties of the job To support the continued implementation and roll out of eRostering across the Trust, including expansion to other staff groups and functions. To support the roll out of any additional functionality and to ensure full benefits realisation of the eRostering system. To provide an effective, customer focused eRostering support service, ensuring all users are adequately trained and able to fully utilise the system; ensuring data is kept up to date and that changes are completed in a timely manner. To support the delivery of training for the eRostering system. To work within the eRostering team providing first-line helpdesk support.
