Base pay range
Recruitment Associate Director - Technology - London - £70-90k Base

What’s the Role?
* Focus on working with venture capital, private equity, and growth equity clients, alongside some corporate tech clients.
* Deliver searches from mid-level to senior roles, typically Heads of, VPs, and leadership roles across Tech, Engineering, and Data.
* Mix of retained search and project-based work, with average fees ranging between £30k and £60k.
* Build and expand client relationships, focusing on new business in tech, data, and engineering sectors.

* Team Player: Comfortable collaborating with researchers and delivery consultants on projects.
