We're seeking an individual with strong administration skills and a keen eye for detail.
Ideal candidate will have experience working with quotes and proposals and be proficient with IT, particularly Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with contracts.

Main responsibilities:
* Complete and manage all project proposals ensuring timely submission for management approval.
* Oversee the sales pipeline, providing accurate information to operations and finance teams and track all project materials and supplier invoices.
* Carry out regular client reviews and support for Operations Managers.
* Pursue business growth opportunities with new and existing clients, ensuring suitable contracts and accurate invoicing.
* Involvement in project work with wider teams.
