Job Description
* Manage and maintain the Raisers Edge database ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
* Coordinate with team members on project-related tasks.
* Manage and handle incoming and outgoing communications.
* Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
* Ensure compliance with organisation's policies and regulations.
* Participate actively in team meetings and events.
* Handle other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
* CRM experience
* Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
* Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
* A good understanding of the Not For Profit sector.
* A proactive approach and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High level of proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
