We’re looking for an exceptional healthcare leader to join our team as an Operations Manager, within our established office in St Helens.
The role of Operations Manager is diverse, fast-paced and plays a crucial role in the operation's success.
You’ll have experience of overseeing and delivering a healthcare service, be a strong manager of people and have a natural talent for leadership.
You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by managing a team of dedicated Office Consultants and Clinical Nurse Specialists, who work closely together to safely implement personalised care packages for our service users.
Key Duties and Responsibilities include:
* Managing the escalation of accidents, incidents, and complaints
* Recruiting and retaining care staff to assist service users who require complex care packages
* Establishing and maintaining robust operational procedures in the office to ensure high-quality service delivery
* Meeting budget goals and managing office-related costs
* Overall responsibility for the safe service delivery in line with CQC regulations and company policies and procedures
* Supervising the introduction of new complex packages safely
* Participating in meetings and forums to assess service provision
* Transitioning to the role of Registered Manager after a successful probation period
So, if you’re highly motivated and organised, thrive on exceeding expectations and share our passion for delivering outstanding care, then we’d invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity with us.
Start and finish times will vary between 8 am and 6 pm, based on business needs and to support operational escalation. This is managed on a rotational basis, with the team working together to maintain consistent office hours.
Candidates must possess a valid driving license and a vehicle, as travel to our service users' homes and network of offices will be necessary.
For this opportunity, strong management experience is essential. Ideally, this should be within healthcare; however, we will consider applicants from other sectors.
We're offering a competitive salary between £42,000 to £46,000 per annum, plus a substantial quarterly bonus.
What we can offer you:
* 25 Days Annual Leave, plus Bank Holidays
* An extra day off on your birthday*
* Substantial Bonus Scheme (Quarterly)
* Loyalty reward programs at 3 and 5 years*
* Refer a friend scheme
* Workplace pension
* Access to private healthcare following successful completion of a 6-month probation
Please note, the closing date for applications is 3rd October 2024.
