Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Account Manager / Traffic Manager to join our team on a temporary basis to cover annual leave. This is a fast-paced role that requires exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage high volumes of artwork briefs across multiple projects and clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking, scheduling, and overseeing artwork production within our studio team. You will act as the key point of contact between clients and our internal studio, ensuring that briefs are managed efficiently, queries are resolved promptly, and deadlines are met. Key responsibilities Managing Artwork Briefs - Receiving, reviewing, and processing high volumes of simple artwork briefs, ensuring all necessary details are captured. Scheduling & Workflow Management - Allocating and scheduling artwork requests into the studio team, balancing workloads and priorities. Tracking & Progress Monitoring - Keeping a close eye on all active jobs, ensuring they are on track and escalating issues where needed. Client Communication - Acting as the main liaison between multiple client contacts and internal teams, managing queries and providing updates. Problem-Solving - Quickly identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks that arise during the artwork production process. Quality & Deadline Management - Ensuring that all artwork is delivered on time and meets client expectations. Skills, Knowledge and Experience Experience in account management or project management within a creative, print, or artwork production environment. Ability to manage high volumes of artwork briefs and work effectively under pressure. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience liaising between clients and internal creative teams. Knowledge of artwork production workflows, briefing processes, and scheduling tools is a plus. A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
