Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with experience in logistics to join a dynamic team as a Logistics Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract You will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of parts to our customers around the world. Some of the key responsibilities are: Process sales orders, select the best shipping option, and prepare invoices and dispatch notes Communicate order completion to internal teams and ensure shipment details are accurate Acknowledge orders, handle shipping requests, and keep customers informed about delivery status Monitor shipments daily, resolve transit issues, and work with customers to address delays Handle damaged goods claims with logistics companies and arrange emergency replacements as needed What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in logistics, shipping, or a similar role. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and logistics providers. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to handling shipping issues. This is a great chance to be part of a supportive team in a fast-paced and rewarding environment, working Monday to Friday 40 hours a week earning a salary between £25,000-£27,000 depending on experience.
