Accounts Payable Manager
£300 - £375 per day Inside IR35
FMCG / Retail Organisation
Location - Watford / North London Hybrid
Responsibilities include:
1. Day to day responsibility for maintaining and updating the purchase ledger.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with your suppliers.
3. Managing the AP Mailboxes and ensuring an exceptionally high level of service.
4. Ensuring invoices are coded correctly.
5. Manage the fortnightly payment process.
6. Processing manual payments on the online banking system.
7. Posting manual payments to the system & allocating them.
8. Responsibility for employee expenses, ensuring compliance with company policy.
9. Aged Creditor Reconciliation.
10. Resolving issues relating to invoices and payments.
11. Assisting with the month-end process.
12. Ad hoc accountancy tasks where required.
Ideal experience:
1. Experience of managing an accounts payable/purchase ledger in a retail environment.
2. Experience with double entry bookkeeping.
3. Advanced Excel skills.
4. Experience of system migration.
5. Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
6. Strong communication skills.
7. Attention to detail, organisation, and hard-working.
8. Passion for luxury retail.
