A new opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Coordinator for a Stoke on Trent-based company, where you will work as part of an existing team to deal with high volumes of inbound and outbound calls. We are seeking a resilient individual who can deal with challenging situations and to communicate closely with individuals inside and outside the business. The Customer Service Coordinator will report to the Administration Manager.
Duties of the Customer Service Coordinator include:
Take/receive high volumes of inbound/outbound calls
Arrange deliveries of new vehicles
Liaise with customers to coordinate deliveries and vehicle collections
Provide regular updates to customers, dealing with some challenging conversations
Liaise with dealerships to secure delivery dates and overcome any challenges
Update the CRM system Requirements for the Customer Service Coordinator:
Strong customer service experience is essential in an office environment
Must be an excellent communicator
High attention to deal
Ability to deal with challenging conversations
Multi-tasking skills
Driving licence is essential Hours: Monday – Friday 8:45 am – 5:30 pm
Salary: £25,000 Per Annum
