The Field Technical Support Nurse will proactively seek and build relationships with KOL, lead clinicians and practice staff; regularly attend practice to facilitate correct product selection, usage through training and education and ensuring a return on investment with the equipment. They will also have an interest in longevity of product life through correct maintenance and sharing best practice with sustainability. This is a role where the FTSN will maintain their knowledge to demonstrate and effectively sell and train practices in equipment, related consumables, service packages and warranties, whilst focusing on knowledge sharing, commerciality, and sustainability. There will be numerous engagements with other divisions to understand and promote the wider business activities and it is essential that CRM is accurate and timely in maintenance. Please note: this role is client facing and requires regular travel with occasional overnight stays with home and office days for administration and preparation of materials to support the role objectives.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Registered Qualified Veterinary Nurse with extensive knowledge of clinical equipment and practice
2. Proven ability to plan and balance a tactical operation flow of work unsupervised and as part of a team
3. Well organised with a methodical approach to prioritising workload and problem solving
4. Excellent communication, influencing and effective questioning skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft programmes
5. Engaging and enthusiastic approach to relationships and professionalism
6. Proven training and or sales skills preferably within the veterinary/animal health sector
7. Full UK driving licence
