The successful applicant will: H ave a current NMC registration, and more than 2 years of experience. G ood knowledge of the latest clinical practices. Lead a team of care staff to deliver outstanding care. U se technology to keep accurate documentation and resident records. Ensure medication is ordered, administered and stored following the company procedures and policies and in accordance with current legislation and the NMC /CQC guidelines. Utilis e clinical skills to make decisions and take action i n a timely manner whilst provid ing guidance and support to all team members. Create well-thought through care plans and detailed risk assessments, keeping in mind regulatory frameworks. Develop relationships with relatives to help support residents better. What we are looking for: Someone who can deliver a level of care that truly comes from the heart, making sure our residents never lose their dignity or sense of individuality as you get involved in general activities within the Care Home. And, whether you are helping someone with limited mobility to learn to use an aid, offering emotional support to a confused or distressed resident or delivering care to someone at the end of their life, you will always have their well-being in mind above anything else. Requirements You will need to be: An NMC Registered Nurse, ab le to lead a team of care staff. A team play er who engages well with others, s trong communicator and influencer. Able to deliver nursing care in a clinical environment. Capable of demonstrating awareness and understanding of current legislation and guidelines.
