WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Content Creator Intern for a Touring Rock Band
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Collaborate with team and help to develop Social and Digital campaigns from start to finish.
2. You’ll be working with other creatives, copywriters, designers, and many more creative minds to ensure projects are carried out through the entire pitch and production process.
3. You'll learn about working within the Ritual Creative team and how we work with marketing by helping to curate social posts and stories around fashion and fitness.
4. You'll have 1-on-1's with your Manager to learn about the creative department, brainstorm and work with fellow creatives, and gain exposure to cross-functional departments.
5. You'll focus on developing concepts and executing Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest feed posts and stories on a range of topics.
6. You'll conduct competitive research and provide references/mood boards on how to make editorial imagery and in-line graphics more engaging and informative.
7. You’ll be on-site shoots helping photograph and film TikToks, Reels, and in-feed posts.
Qualifications:
1. This person should be ready to pick up digital projects across the board at any given moment.
2. An interest or skill in photography or video is necessary.
3. You're open to learning and mastering any tools that will build your skills.
4. You are open to input and use it to grow.
5. Problem Solver.
6. You are eager to learn and proactively pick up tasks and run with them.
7. Ability to quickly master our visual brand language and have the motivation and inventiveness to actively participate in its evolution.
8. Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
9. Empathy for our customer and their needs as well as your teammates.
10. Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
11. Highly organized with sharp attention to detail.
Position Details:
1. 10 hours/week.
2. Unpaid.
3. Onsite.
