Role Overview: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational journey of students with a variety of learning needs. Your work will be centred on providing personal support, ensuring students feel safe, encouraged, and engaged in their learning. Working closely with teachers and the wider school team, you will help create an environment where each child can succeed at their own pace. Key Responsibilities: Support Students' Learning: Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning activities designed to engage and inspire students with different needs and abilities. Nurture Positive Relationships: Build trusting, supportive relationships with students, ensuring they feel secure, valued, and able to express themselves. Assist with Daily Lessons: Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students, explaining tasks, offering encouragement, and fostering independence.
