We are seeking an enthusiastic and inspirational Hospital & Home Tuition Support Assistant to cover maternity leave, who would like to broaden their experience in managing and working with vulnerable young people experiencing physical and/or mental illness across Whiston Hospital, our Schools and Local Authority. You will work alongside the Hospital Home Tuition Service Manager, and the service Higher Level Teaching Assistant, to work with and supervise individuals and groups of children, either self-directed or under the direction of the teacher/Higher Level Teaching Assistant. Your duties will include contribution to lesson plans, delivery and assessment, and enabling access to learning for all pupils and will work across several areas; The Children's Ward at Whiston Hospital, at our learning base at the George Howard Centre in Whiston, and in student homes throughout Knowsley We promote applications from all sections of the community, regardless of background, belief, or identity, recognising the value that diversity brings to our organisation.
