We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Aftersales / Service Team Leader to join our management team overseeing the service operations at our new Hendy Ford Mazda & Kia site in Tunbridge Wells.
The Opportunity:
You will be responsible for ensuring all servicing and repairs are carried out effectively to achieve the highest possible ‘right first-time’ standards for technical quality, whilst optimising workshop efficiency. As a Service Team Leader you will be supporting the Service Manager by ensuring the department is efficient and profitable whilst also delivering the highest level of customer service. You must be commercially minded, passionate about the motor industry and be motivated to exceed targets.
You will be responsible for supporting all colleagues within the Service team, allocating work, setting standards and promoting a positive working environment, as well as monitoring the team’s training requirements to ensure all members of the department are able to deliver the required level of expertise. Day-to-day, you will liaise with the Service Advisors and Workshop Controller to resolve any potential problems and to guarantee all customer requirements are met.
About You:

* Strong communication and organisational skills with a high level of self-motivation;
* The ability to lead by example, manage and inspire the team to consistently exceed customer satisfaction and profitability objectives;

* Life Insurance;
* Bupa Healthcare Cash Plan for you and your family;
