Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Lisburn City Centre
Salary: £22000- £25000 depending on experience
Duration: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm. There may be a degree of flexibility on the start time.
On behalf of our client our client, a growing Northern Ireland organisation, we are seeking a Receptionist for a full time, permanent role in their Lisburn office.
This opportunity is due to internal promotion. The Receptionist will play a key role in the smooth running of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Duties:
* Reception duties to include answering phones and greeting visitors.
* Preparing and sending starter packs to new clients.
* Dealing with email and telephone queries and forwarding to the correct person.
* Taking messages.
* Organising hospitality for guests.
* Keeping the front of house neat and tidy.
* Ad hoc administrative duties
Key Skills & Experience:
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and word.
* Previous experience as a receptionist would be desirable.
* Excellent communication skills- written and verbal.
* Strong administrative skills.
* Permanent right to work in the UK is required.
