Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strategic partnerships across departments, ensuring effective collaboration and communication Drive sales forecasts, analyse pricing strategies, and manage P&L to exceed targets Lead partner strategy meetings, establish budgets, and negotiate agreements Work with operations teams to ensure optimal order fulfilment and maintain effective partner communications Create and execute marketing initiatives including promotions and GWPs to build awareness Monitor industry trends, consumer needs, and adapt strategies across beauty & health sectors Manage marketing assets and visual merchandising materials across all online partners Candidate Requirements: Demonstrable success in account management, most importantly with pureplay beauty websites Highly strategic and commercial, comfortable pitching to board level Strong analytical capabilities and understanding of KPI reporting Creative with the ability to brief in VM and marketing projects Excellent organisational skills and a persuasive, collaborative style.
