Hays is working with a superb organisation seeking a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Your New Role
You will work alongside another Purchase Ledger Administrator within the wider Finance team, managing your own section of the ledger. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Processing supplier invoices
2. Reconciling statements
3. Resolving supplier queries
4. Managing payment runs
5. Assisting with other ad hoc accounting duties
What You'll Need to Succeed
You should have previous purchase ledger experience, a proactive approach, and a positive 'can do' attitude. Good IT skills, including proficiency in Excel, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team are essential.
