Job Title: Payroll Administrator Location: SwindonHybrid: Office based during training and then 3/2 split. JGA are partnered with a established, and growing business, who have a newly created Payroll Administrator vacancy to support the wider payroll team on day-to-day processing of payroll for a portfolio of clients. Responsibilities:
* Process payroll for various clients.
* Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
* Liaising on payroll and associated queries.
* Handle client data and prepare reports.
* Maintain accurate and concise record systems.
* Provide administrative support.
* Deal with ad hoc queries.
Experience:
* You have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
* End to end payroll experience.
* Experience processing multiple payrolls.
* You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
* You have excellent soft skills and customer service skills.
* Positive in your attitude.
* Flexible with an ability to manage a number of tasks at the same time and meet deadlines.
* Resilient and able to work well with your team.
