We have an opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator to join an industry-leading organization in Paddock Wood. This role offers a genuine family feel and a strong benefits package with flexible working patterns to ensure employees maintain a good work/life balance and well-being. Due to the continuous growth of the company, they are looking to add a Logistics Coordinator to their Logistics team. The new employee will receive full training on joining and will have the support of an experienced team.
Duties:
* Planning and arranging the international transportation of products using external partners
* Achieving best cost and delivery time for shipments with effective negotiation
* Accurate compilation of all Customs Documentation and reports required
* Resolving any logistics issues or delays in transport
* Keeping customers updated on the status of their orders and resolving any issues
* Ensuring all documentation is in line with EU and Global regulations
Requirements:
* Experience working to deadlines while multitasking
* Experience working with Incoterms would be an advantage
* Understanding of import and export procedures, Brexit Regulations
