The post holder will assist in facilitating the delivery of the school’s operational priorities under the leadership of the Academy Operations Manager (AOM), supporting the school to achieve excellence. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to work well under pressure and at pace, supporting a wide range of operational aspects within the school. Areas of focus include finance, HR, estates and compliance, school trips, sustainability, administration, and Health & Safety. What you will do to be successful here; Demonstrate excellent time management and effective organisation skills, strong communication skills, and be highly motivated. Be adaptable and able to work under pressure, with multiple priorities to manage. Support the AOM with the operational responsibility for Finance, Main Office, IT, HR, Estates and Health and Safety. What you will need to succeed; Previous line management experience. A proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving. Proven experience in operations management, preferably within an educational environment. Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including staff, students, and external agencies. Knowledge and understanding of ISBL professional standards.
