What you will do: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly motivated Pharmacist to lead and manage the clinical pharmacy team across acute hospital sites. The post holder will be responsible for the strategic planning and delivery of clinical pharmacy services across NHS Ayrshire & Arran ensuring compliance with the relevant legislation and standards, as part of the Principal Pharmacist Clinical Services Team. This post will be strategically aligned to the Womens & Childrens directorate including Paediatrics, Neonatal and Womens Health. The Principal Pharmacist Clinical Services will promote strong clinical governance links and enable collaborative working with the directorate senior leadership team. The post-holder will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating clinical pharmacy service provision and performance using this evaluation as a basis for improvement and development.
