A well establish organisation based in the Lewes area are looking to recruit a full time in office HR Advisor on a permanent basis.
Description
As HR Advisor you will be responsible for:
* Liaising with your internal stakeholders to review policies and procedures
* Dealing with disciplinary and grievances, attending any meeting to advise on the correct course of action
* Assisting with training and development
* Recruitment, shortlisting and selecting
* Managing the appraisal policy
* Coordinating HR projects
Profile
* Previous HR knowledge from within a busy department
* Managing multiple personnel streams and case at anyone time
* CIPD Level 3 or 5 or similar qualification
* Accuracy in personnel files
* HR software and systems
Job Offer
£30-32,000
5 days a week in the office
30 days holidays + Bank holidays
