As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating new business and maintaining strong client relationships. Your main responsibility will be to sell a wide range of products and services, providing tailored solutions that help businesses of all sizes improve their operations.
Telesales Executive Responsibilities:
* Drive new opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media, ensuring you identify and connect with the right clients.
* Proactively grow existing client relationships, offering solutions to meet their business needs and building long-term partnerships.
* Communicate with clients via phone, email, and live chat, delivering clear, professional, and helpful messages.
* Work alongside customer service, marketing, and product specialists to deliver exceptional client support and insights.
* Develop a deep understanding of our extensive range of products and services to confidently present solutions and address client inquiries.
* Utilise your persuasive skills to close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and maximising profitability.
* Use our CRM system to monitor your sales activities and keep client records up to date.
