Technical Manager (Midlands or Southern based)
BPEC is looking for an exceptional person to join us as a Technical Manager. The role is either based in our attractive and modern offices or home/field based with occasional attendance at BPEC’s Head Office in Derby (DE24).
If appointed, you’ll work across the development and operations teams. The position will be diverse; playing a key role in ensuring the effective development, implementation, and operations (assessment and assurance) of BPEC’s products, so you’ll need to be prepared to travel across the UK.
You’ll be a team player who knows what it takes to successfully manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. You’ll need a keen eye for detail and be technically qualified to at least level 3 and be able to demonstrate extensive experience in one of the following industries:
* Plumbing
* Heating
* Renewable Technologies
* Electrotechnical

* Job Type: Full time, permanent
* Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours
* Work Location: Either office based or Home/field based (UK) with occasional attendance at BPEC Head Office, 1-2 Mallard Way, Pride Park, Derby DE24 8GX.
Package
Travel Expenses: Business Miles – 0.45 per mile (up to 10,000 miles)
Annual Leave: 24 Days plus statutory days, which increase after further years service. Additional paid holiday day for birthday.
Pension: Subject to passing the 3-month probationary period, the post holder will be entitled to join the company pension scheme (includes employer contributions of 13%).
