Job Description

* £45,000 – £55,000 pa DOE
* Remote – (work from home with occasional travel to client sites)
* 26 days annual leave + bank holidays

* Experience within an IT Reseller / Managed Service Provider / VAR is essential.

THE ROLE:

Reporting into the Head of Service Design, the successful candidate will work closely with Sales and play a key role in scoping, designing & presenting bespoke Service proposals to new and existing clients. You will be supported by the senior team members to ensure your professional development, with the goal of having autonomous responsibility for designing and delivering tailored solutions of varying complexities, based on client requirements that cover a variety of outsourcing and support disciplines including support services, monitoring, hardware maintenance, software support, service desk, remote management, and service improvements.
