The Role
As the Marketing Manager at this leading Recruitment Healthcare business, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to attract talent and clients. You will work closely with their recruitment teams and play a pivotal role in growing the brand and expanding their digital presence. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on marketer who is passionate about recruitment and healthcare, with the potential to grow a marketing team.
Strategically, this role will drive a marketing and media strategy to support consultants hiring across several business lines across the Group.
As the Marketing Manager you will be building a holistic marketing approach, responding to both brand and growth objectives – ensuring long-term candidates’ attraction and conversion. You will work on in-depth campaign data analysis and make recommendations to optimize the results. You will identify internal and external processes’ weaknesses, look for innovations, recommend solutions and work on implementation.
Operationally, this role will execute a defined strategy, manage end-to-end their branding and recruitment campaigns in the UK market to deliver against business objectives. You will be responsible executing campaign plans (including media, creative and content) to attract, engage and convert their target audience across multiple online and offline touchpoints. You will monitor alignment between campaigns plans and business objectives and coordinate the media and creative execution – ensuring top-quality campaigns delivery.
The ideal candidate will be passionate for the “art” of marketing and will have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies. They must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote the businesse's services and public image.
The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the candidate’s interest in their services in ways that strengthen the businesses's reputation and facilitate their continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive candidate acquisition and client engagement.
* Optimise the performance of recruitment marketing campaigns across job boards, Google Ads & Social Media.
* Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic search visibility for key market terms and roles.
* Manage email marketing campaigns, including job alerts and newsletters, using segmentation and automation tools.
* A/B test landing pages, job listings, and advertisements to improve conversion rates.
* Collaborate with recruitment consultants and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
* Use data analytics to track and report on marketing performance, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
* Maintain the business brand identity and tone across all communications, ensuring consistent messaging.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in recruitment marketing and healthcare staffing.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or related field) preferred
* Experience in building marketing strategy and working with data, analytics, reporting
* Experience in media planning and managing marketing campaigns (both brand and acquisition) across paid digital channels (such as Social, Programmatic, Search) and in paid traditional offline media channels
* Recruitment industry experience essential
* Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools.
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
* Data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret and act on marketing metrics.
* Creative thinker with strong communication and content creation skills.
