As a Strategist within the Website Services team you’ll be working with a variety of clients across different industries to improve the customer experience and overall performance of their websites. This involves running discovery workshops, analysing website traffic data, creating hypotheses for conversion rate optimisation and drawing up wireframes alongside the design team.
The role is a combination of website redesign projects where a client wants to restart and rebuild, and ongoing retainers where you will work with clients on a monthly basis to identify opportunities to improve their sites and work with the design & development team to execute them.
Work closely with clients to understand what they need from their website and craft strategies that solve problems for their business
Run in-person and virtual website discovery workshops
Create detailed sitemaps, strategy blueprints and website wireframes
Delve into website analytics to find trends and opportunities and deliver UX audits
Be accountable for the ongoing success of client websites
Work collaboratively with our SEO, Content, Design and Development teams to deliver quality websites on the HubSpot platform
2+ years of experience within a website focused in either a strategy or UX role where you developed web strategies that aligned with business objectives
~ Experience running workshops with small stakeholder groups and managing them through large scale projects (e.g. Ability to conduct user and client research including surveys, interviews and data analysis to inform your strategic decisions and translate insights into actionable recommendations
~ Proficiency in UX/UI design principles, with a strong focus on user-centered design processes
~ Familiarity with the capabilities of web development technologies like HTML, CSS and Javascript
~ HubSpot CMS, Wordpress)
~ Knowledge of SEO best practices and their impact on website structure and user experience
~ For this role fluent English is a must, competency in german would be a bonus but not required
~ HubSpot experience is a big bonus.

The role can be fully remote but the ability to commute to one of our offices on a semi-regular basis is preferred
35,000 to £50,000 dependent on experience, we are flexible within this role and will consider more senior applicants who would like to take on more responsibility within the team beyond what's in the job description.
