They will beoffice basedinitially with the option of becoming hybrid after probation. The role will involve ashift patternincluding evenings and weekends.Full training provided.
The role:
* Answering a high volume of inbound calls and emails from customers.
* Providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Providing clear and concise guidance to customers following internal processes.
The ideal person:
* Experience as a Customer Service Advisor or Call Handler in a high-volume call centre environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
* Strong IT skills, and ability to use and learn new systems.
