* Provide guidance and advice to all employees on policies and procedures.
* Keep up to date with employment law changes and review, develop and update policies and procedures regularly.
* Manage the recruitment process along with individual managers from selection through to onboarding.
* Attend the monthly Senior Leadership Team meetings and ensure any actions are completed and communicated.
* Working with the Senior Leadership Team to strategically determine areas of improvement.
* Develop and promote wellbeing initiatives.
* Support managers through disciplinaries, grievances, sickness and performance issues.
* Producing monthly board information packs and owning the annual employee engagement survey.
* Completing all administration duties
* Supporting managers through the PDP process and developing documents where required.
* Organising and promoting company events and initiatives through the business.
