We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our team for the 2024 season at our stunning coastal hotel in North Wales. If you are passionate about fresh, local seafood, enjoy working with the best seasonal produce, and thrive in a creative kitchen, this could be the perfect role for you.

The Role
* Cover breakfast, lunch, and dinner services in a 2AA Rosette-level kitchen.
* Work across larder, sauce, and pastry pastry experience is highly desirable.
* Contribute to a seasonally changing menuand daily specials.
* Be a team player in a dynamic and passionate brigade of 7
* Showcase your creativity by bringing new ideas to the menu.
About You
* Experience in a 2AA Rosette (or higher) kitchen.
* Confident across all sections, including pastry.
* Passionate about fresh, local produce
* A team player with a strong work ethic.
* Would suit a cdp who who enjoys the coastal lifestyle.
* Available to commit to the season March-September
