Job Description
We are looking for Sports Coaches in Peterborough, who are looking for a challenge and change of direction in the next steps of their careers within Secondary or SEND schools.
The skills you bring having studied in your area have resulted in fantastic learning partnerships for secondary-aged children and can dramatically raise confidence and self-esteem while working one-on-one with a student.
By understanding bodies and well-being, you give them the chance to explore what they can do, promoting trust, cooperation, communication, and language too—a perfect environment for learning.
Responsibilities
* Some students are non-verbal, and finding ways to communicate can prove difficult for the child. As well as being sufficiently trained, the successful candidate must also be patient, nurturing, caring, and most of all, passionate.
* The schools are looking for proactive team players who want to be part of a challenging yet rewarding environment. Personal and social development is taken very seriously; therefore, the ability to build strong and trusting relationships is key.
* A strong desire to have an impact on the lives of vulnerable young people.
Why work with Monarch Education
* We're offering fantastic pay rates starting between £475.00 to £550 per week.
* We will support you in your own personal development with our CPD courses.
* We have an experienced team of consultants with over 32 years of education recruitment experience.
* A lot of long-term opportunities and a range of roles across the Somerset area.
* All of our schools are easily accessible by public transport.
* Guarantee work schemes.
* Speedy clearance with immediate start.
* Our timesheets are online, so no paper sheets.
* If you don't have a DBS, we can request it for you at the price of £50.00.
