Homes for Students is one of the UK’s leading providers of student accommodation. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team based in Liverpool, working 40 hours per week from 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday to lead the digital marketing efforts for a portfolio of client accounts. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in paid advertising, client relationship management, and reporting. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting effective, data-driven digital campaigns and delivering insights to our clients that optimise marketing performance. You will be comfortable with understanding the ins-and-outs of running multi-channel digital campaigns while ensuring that client expectations are met through regular reporting, updates, and collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of client accounts. You will be confident presenting to clients and able to convey complex scenarios – we are looking for a “digital storyteller”, someone who can translate numbers and data into the real-world picture and give appropriate advice. Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and working closely with our exceptional in-house ‘agency’ marketing team, you will be excited to learn, and grow your performance marketing skills, whilst assisting the digital team with strategy and real-time interpretation. The role is hybrid working part-remote at the Liverpool Marketing Office, with 2 days working from home a week. Major Duties: Minimum of 3-5 years in a digital marketing role with a focus on client accounts, paid advertising, and reporting. Client Management : Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Paid Media Expertise : In-depth experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid advertising platforms. Data-Driven : Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel, and CRM platforms. SEO Knowledge : A good understanding of SEO best practices, both technical and on-page. Time Management : Ability to manage multiple client accounts, projects, and deadlines simultaneously. Adaptability : Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
