Key Responsibilities : Administrative Support : Manage day-to-day office operations, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable. Track payments and outstanding balances, following up with customers as needed. Office Organization & Record Keeping : Maintain and organize physical and digital files, ensuring they are up to date and easily accessible. Assist with preparing materials for meetings, presentations, and reports. Ensure the office environment remains clean and well-organized. Vendor & Supplier Coordination : Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies. Maintain records of materials purchased and work with the purchasing team to monitor inventory levels. Other Administrative Tasks : Assist in preparing estimates, contracts, and other documentation required for roofing projects. Support management with various office-related tasks and projects as needed. Qualifications : Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role (experience in the construction or roofing industry is a plus). Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and office management software (CRM systems, accounting software).
