Be the champion of the HRIS and People Trackers ensuring accurate data maintenance and reportingBe responsible for tracking HR data and prepare regular reports to the HR Team and wider business including but not limited to; new starters, leavers, talent and succession, absence and disciplinary dataSupport the HR Team by using data to identify trendsSupport the HR Team by performing market research and compliance research on topics including but not limited to; pay, benefits, recruitment, legislative updates.Be responsible for coordinating HR policy reviews by assessing legislative changes and identifying areas of improvement/changes in current policiesProvide support to the IMS Team on ISO action trackingBe responsible for handling data requests (DSARs)Collate requested information from insurers regarding claimsMaintain accurate document records for agency partners, ensuring periodic checks are completed (e.g. AWR reports / updates to TOBs and T &C’s)Support the HR Team in HR Projects by preparing research, drafts and best practice.Support the HR Manager to maintain the HR calendar (Training, projects, audits etc.)Coordinate and complete HR Audits (including self audits and agency audits), and provide data/trends/outcomes
