As a Litigation Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive, you will oversee all aspects of a case in the dispute resolution department, from initial consultation to final resolution.
This role offers hybrid working.
You will be responsible for:
1. Manage a varied caseload of contested probate claims.
2. Oversee other commercial and civil litigation matters, including professional negligence and construction disputes.
3. Maintain high standards of customer care and strong billing practices.
What we are looking for:
1. Previously worked as a Litigation Solicitor, Litigation Lawyer, Chartered Legal Executive, or in a similar role.
2. Minimum 4 years experience in litigation work.
3. Proven track record of strong billing.
4. Excellent people skills and a team-oriented attitude.
5. Strong organisational, time management, and IT skills.
