We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to help us maintain accurate inventory records, prevent discrepancies, and ensure high-quality standards in our warehouse and production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Control:
* Track and manage raw materials, air filters, and finished products using our inventory system.
* Conduct regular stock counts, audits, and discrepancy checks to prevent material loss or theft.
* Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy.
* Maintain and update inventory logs using barcode scanning and software tools.
1. Quality Management:
* Inspect raw materials and finished products to meet quality control standards.
* Ensure all inventory and production processes comply with company SOPs.
* Identify and report defective or non-compliant materials/products.
* Collaborate with the production team to implement improvements.
2. Security & Compliance:
* Enforce inventory security protocols to prevent unauthorized access or theft.
* Report any discrepancies, damages, or losses immediately.
* Work with management to maintain quality and compliance documentation.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or quality assurance (preferred).
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Basic knowledge of inventory management software (training provided if needed).
* Ability to lift and move light to moderate weights as needed.
* Reliable, trustworthy, and a team player.
