Day-to-day of the role: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Food Technology lessons to students across Key Stages 3 to 4. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages students' creativity and skills in food preparation and nutrition. Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the curriculum and educational practices, with particular focus on Food Technology. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the delivery of the subject and participate in school events and activities. Manage classroom resources and ensure a safe and tidy environment that promotes learning. Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a specialism in Food Technology or a related subject. Experience teaching Food Technology at secondary level.
