New Business Co-Ordinator
We’re currently seeking a New Business Co-ordinator to act as one of the first point of contact between customers and the Company. To satisfy queries and requests for advice and information in a timely and effective manner.
In this role you will:
1. Process all new and renewal accounts within a specified timescale and ensuring all paperwork submitted is accurate
2. Collate and post out welcome packs to new clients
3. Liaise with stockroom for lead times on orders
4. Keep customers informed of the progress with their orders
5. Maintain the tracker
6. Ensure installations have been carried out to the customer’s satisfaction
7. Complete general office duties including answering incoming calls, filing and post
8. Provide cover for Customer Service Administrators during busy periods
9. Other Ad hoc duties as required.
