Willingness to support colleagues and peers and offer help. Responsiveness to change and change management Good Time management Good IT skills, detail orientated. You’ll be assigned your own caseload of claims to manage, so you’ll have process ownership from pre-litigation, driving claims through to litigation and final settlement. Effective negotiation is key: You will be undertaking factual and legal research, gathering evidence to support and creating a clear case plan for the desired outcome to be approved by a supervisor.
