Cost management of electrical installation projects – ensuring everything stays on track and within budget
Preparing accurate cost estimates, managing tenders, and handling variations
Maintaining close relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to keep things moving smoothly
Overseeing project financials to ensure profitability while maintaining high standards
Providing strategic advice and solutions to ensure projects are completed successfully, on time, and within budget What We’re Looking For:
Experience working as an Electrical Quantity Surveyor in the electrical contracting sector
A solid understanding of electrical systems, contracts, and regulations
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage costs accurately
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
Proficiency in using quantity surveying software
A degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or Electrical Engineering is a plus, but solid hands-on experience will speak louder Why This Role?
